Background:
FRBP 8009(b)(1)(A)&(B) and FRBP 8009(b)(2)(A)&(B) require the appellant(s) and appellee(s) to either file a copy of the transcript order or file a certification that a transcript is not being ordered.
Use this event when a transcript is not being requested. Please relate to the Notice of Appeal (see Step 6).
Effective February 17, 2015:
Use the new local form to document whether or not a Transcript will be ordered. Please check the box titled, "I am not ordering a transcript" and attach the local form to this event.
Step by Step Procedures:

Select [Bankruptcy or Adversary> Appeal]

Enter Case Number and click Next

Select Certification of No Transcript Ordered Re Notice of Appeal from event pick list and click Next

Select party you represent from party pick list or Add/Create New Party and Click Next
The Attorney Party Association screen may display. If it does, click here and click Next

The PDF screen will display

Click Next

The Related screen will display

Link your filing to the appropriate Notice of Appeal

Click Next

A blank screen will display

Click Next

The
Final Text screen will display
Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correct/if correct

Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed
